1. Please remit the payment of deposit specified on your confirmation/invoice of payment, due within 3 days after receipt. This deposit payment amounts to 30% of the total amount due. Your down payment will be deducted from your final bill. 2. The remaining balance on your statement will be settled on the date of your arrival in the place you start your trip. Normally, we will get the balance when we meet you in Hanoi, Saigon or any starting city of Vietnam. 3. If we cannot confirm your tour reservation, or if the alternative offer is not accepted by your side, we will reimburse you for any deposit payments made by you immediately in the way which is the best for us. You should let us know what is the most convenient for you like bank transfer, return to Credit card or anything else. 4. If we do not receive the amount of the deposit payment agreed upon on time or if we do not receive the total amount due on the day of your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and to claim compensation in accordance with the cancellation fees under the condition that there is no reasonable grounds for complaint at this time. 5. The actual cost will be calculated in American dollar. The other currency will be converted to US dollar at the exchange rate of the day of transaction. 6. The above policy is applied all guests including travel agents from all over the world. |
